These cutters are debossing cutters, meaning it will make the shapes by pressing the clay and cut from outside simultaneously.

I make all my designs by myself in Fusion 360 and then print on my 3D printer. All cutters have 0.3 mm sharp edge to have a clean cut with very little sanding required.
